Interview in-context with custom triggers

When recruiting participants for user interviews, you'll often have an idea in mind of what type of users you want to talk to. They might belong to a particular segment or demographic, or have used a specific feature on your website. With the launch of custom recruitment triggers, you can now recruit interview participants from any segment or behaviour on your website straight trough Ribbon. Rewatch your interviews

Often, it is hard to take good notes and stay fully engaged in a user interview simultaneously. To ensure you have enough time to review and gather insights from your interviews, we've now added interview recordings. You can now rewatch recordings of your interviews, giving you the peace of mind that you don't have to keep track of everything your participants share with you as you're conducting your interviews.

Interviews are now recorded by default, and you can rewatch their recordings on the "Summary" section:
