Auto-schedule user interviews to your Google Calendar
Today we're launching a new Google Calendar integration, making it easier than ever to automatically schedule user interviews with real.
It's safe to say that we're no fans of unnecessary back-and-forth emailing at Ribbon. Doing impactful user research can be time-consuming, and having to spend hours organising and scheduling user interviews forces researchers to spend less time on the tasks that matter to reach their research goals.
To help product teams interview users at speed without drowning in admin work, we're today launching a new Google Calendar integration, making it easier than ever to automatically schedule user interviews with real users directly into your existing calendars.
Connecting your Google Calendar
You can now connect your Google Calendar in a few clicks when you sign up or from your Account page after you've logged in.
Preview your availability
Once your calendar is connected, you can preview your availability directly from your Scheduler. Any available slots you add to your Scheduler are added as events in your calendar so that you can more easily plan your other work around your research.
Automated calendar invites and reminders
When a user signs up for a research session, an event with a unique Ribbon link is added to your calendar, making it easy to join the session at the scheduled time. Calendar invite and reminders are also sent to the participant ahead of each session, ensuring your participant never miss a session.
